Translation services are provided based on the documents and instructions supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for identifying any special certification, notarization, legalization, immigration, governmental or institutional requirements before ordering a translation.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Triple F does not guarantee that a translated document will be accepted by a particular government, institution, employer, school, immigration authority or other organization.
Where Triple F provides immigration-related administrative or document assistance, such services are limited to the scope specifically agreed with the customer.
Triple F does not guarantee the approval, acceptance, processing time or outcome of any immigration, visa, government or administrative application.
Government agencies and other authorities make their own decisions regarding applications and documents.
Website development, software, technical support and IT services are provided according to the agreed scope of work.
Changes, additional features, additional support or work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate access credentials and providing accurate technical information where required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Triple F retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, templates, methods, software components and other proprietary materials.
Ownership or licensing of final customer-specific work may depend on the service agreement, quotation or other written agreement between Triple F and the customer.
Customers must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use Triple F's proprietary materials without authorization.
Triple F takes reasonable measures to protect customer information and documents.
The collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy .
Triple F will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the agreed timeframe.
Delays may occur due to incomplete information, customer changes, third-party providers, technical problems, government processing times, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting Triple F as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms and any applicable refund may depend on the stage of the work, expenses already incurred, third-party charges and the applicable service agreement.
Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the service, whether work has started, expenses incurred and the terms communicated to the customer before the service began.
Certain completed or customized services may not be refundable once the work has been performed or delivered.
Triple F will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism.
However, Triple F does not guarantee specific business, financial, immigration, governmental, employment, educational or other outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Some services may depend on third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors, government agencies, communication providers or other external organizations.
Triple F is not responsible for interruptions, decisions, delays or failures caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.
